General responsibilities

    • Achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth. 
  • Operations:
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency.
    • Manage projects from design to completion. 
  • Product Management:
    • Drive product strategy.
    • Manage the product life cycle and oversee new product development. 
 
Qualifications and skills
 
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is typically required, often in a related field like business administration or finance. An MBA is frequently preferred. 
  • Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role or industry are usually necessary, with specific experience requirements varying by position. 
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are also highly valued. Experience with specific software or systems, such as SAP, may be required.
