Job Purpose

To lead and manage the sales operations for premium and luxury real estate projects, focusing on high-net-worth clients and investors. The role aims to achieve sales targets, enhance brand positioning, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the organization's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for luxury and premium real estate projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, and institutional investors.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high-value sales goals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and luxury branding initiatives.
  • Conduct client presentations, project walkthroughs, and negotiation meetings with finesse.
  • Ensure personalized engagement and end-to-end client servicing, from lead generation to closure.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and buyer preferences in the premium segment.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth documentation and possession.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and conversion analyses for management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
