Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic
Sales Manager (She)
to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, proven leadership abilities, and excellent client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle and after-sales service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • She must be having
    5–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales
    .
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Good knowledge of the Raipur real estate market will be an added advantage.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
