Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports to senior management.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, government procurement policies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team-leading role.
  • Proven track record in managing and achieving sales targets, especially in government or institutional sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
