Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital's IT department.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of hospital data and IT systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Manage the installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to hospital staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage the IT budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs.
- Implement new technologies to improve patient care and hospital efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the healthcare industry.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Conduct regular audits of IT systems and processes.
- Ensure the hospital's IT infrastructure is scalable and adaptable to future needs.
- Provide training and support to hospital staff on new technologies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and present reports on IT performance and initiatives to hospital leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing IT teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
- Experience with network and system administration.
- Ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Experience with IT project management.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Ability to train and support non-technical staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
