About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain services.
  • Generate leads, set appointments, and maintain follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints politely and escalate issues when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
