**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Tele calling Executive** to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, maintaining records, and building strong professional relationships with our partner firms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote and explain loan products.
- Generate quality leads and maintain an updated database in Excel.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers and partner firms to ensure smooth processing.
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with partner firms.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
- Provide accurate information and maintain excellent customer service standards.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Minimum **12th pass**:

- **Basic computer knowledge**:

- Good knowledge of **Excel**:

- Strong communication skills in **Gujarati, Hindi, and basic** **English**.
- 1-2 years of **tele calling experience**, preferably in the loans/financial services.
- Persuasive, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Experience Level**
- Minimum **1-2 years of tele calling experience** in a similar role.

**Work Location**
- **On-site**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
