About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele calling Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, maintaining records, and building strong professional relationships with our partner firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote and explain loan products.
  • Generate quality leads and maintain an updated database in Excel.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers and partner firms to ensure smooth processing.
  • Build and maintain professional working relationships with partner firms.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
  • 1–2 years of tele calling experience, preferably in the loans/financial services.
  • Persuasive, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience Level

  • Minimum 1–2 years of tele calling experience in a similar role.

Work Location

  • On-site
