**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our range of Digital Marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Gather and document client requirements to provide accurate information to the sales team.
- Lead generation and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and opportunities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services is a plus.
- Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
