**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce creative and engaging posts, reels, and campaigns.
- Monitor analytics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and digital initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other social scheduling platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising is an advantage.
