**Performance Tracking**: Analyze social media performance metrics and create reports with actionable insights

**Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field

**Experience**: 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Creativity**: Ability to create compelling and engaging content tailored to various platforms

**Analytical Skills**: Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
