**Location**: Onsite At Alkapuri Vadodara

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance our clients' brand presence and engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Strategy Development**: Craft and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including target audience identification, competitor analysis, and content planning.
- **Meta Ads Management**: Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, including budget management, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- **Google Ads Management**: Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility and achieve desired results, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
- **Content Creation**: Develop compelling and visually appealing content tailored to different social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
- **Branding**: Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels, including the development of brand voice and visual identity guidelines.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Engagement**: Foster and manage interactions with followers, respond to comments, and engage with the online community to build relationships and drive brand loyalty.
- **Trends and Insights**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective, including competitor monitoring and industry research.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, content, and marketing to ensure cohesive campaign execution, and contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and branding.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in social media platforms, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics tools, and content creation.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create engaging and original content that resonates with the target audience.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Location**: Must be based in Gujarat Or Relocate In Gujarat & Can Join ASAP.
