**Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibilities of assisting the CEO in his day-to-day work
- Excellent follow up and coordination skills
- Arranging meetings in the office as well as setting up meetings on zoom, teams, google meet, etc. and being familiar with how to operate the same
- Manage CEO’s calendar and set up meetings according to the US as well as Indian time zone
- Preparing minutes of meetings (MOM) and keeping the Director updated
- Making travel and stay arrangements of CEO
- Filing, updating paperwork and maintaining documents
- Keeping track of insurance, maintenance contracts etc

**Qualifications**:

- MBA degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Communication skills, written/verbal
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines keep information confidential
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant for MNCs.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English
- Discretion and confidentiality

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
