**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Phone Sales**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, providing tailored product recommendations and support.
- Follow up with leads generated through online channels, social media, or advertising campaigns.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build trust and rapport with customers during phone interactions to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Maintain detailed customer records and track interactions in the CRM system.
- **Sales Growth**:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly phone sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer conversations.
- **Order Support**:
- Assist customers in placing orders over the phone and guide them through the checkout process.
- Address customer concerns, handle complaints, and ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
- **Market Feedback**:
- Gather customer feedback during calls and share insights with the marketing and product teams to enhance offerings.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare daily call and sales reports, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates and call volumes.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in phone-based sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
- A persuasive and friendly demeanor with the ability to handle objections.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or phone-based sales roles.
- Knowledge of customer behavior in online sales channels.
