To achieve our goals of making quality education accessible and affordable, we are seeking an Admission Counselor to join our team. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve student admission targets and contribute to overall sales objectives.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and pitch suitable programs.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Provide information regarding admissions requirements, enrollment procedures, and other related processes to students, parents, and guardians.

**External Skills And Expertise**

**Requirements**:

- Ability to empathize with students and parents, building strong relationships through conversations.
- Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Proven expertise in converting leads into sales.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages is mandatory.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Education: Any Graduation is must.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
