**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Sales Assistant** to join our growing team in Surat. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an excellent customer experience, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in-store, understand their needs, and offer product recommendations.
- Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
- Handle billing, POS system operations, and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with the inventory team for stock updates and availability.
- Provide after-sales service and build positive customer relationships.
- Assist the sales team in reaching monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
