**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide detailed information about products and services offered.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for sales and retail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
