Crosslinks Production House is a leading product photography and marketing firm specializing in creating compelling visual content for businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the market who can benefit from our product photography and marketing services.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and demonstrate how we can meet their specific needs.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms of engagement with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a related industry such as photography, marketing, or advertising.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with product photography and marketing concepts is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
