**Work location will be in Borivali, Mumbai office.**

We are seeking a friendly, highly-skilled client services representative to make our clients feel valued and supported. In this role, your duties include fostering positive client relations, managing inquiries. Your duties will also include obtaining post-sales client feedback.

**Client Services Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience.
- Contact clients to understand their requirements.
- Internal co-ordination with tech team and execution of given task.
- Checking final output before giving the final delivery.
- Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
- Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution.
- Maintaining client records/tracker and documenting processes.
- Recommending improvements based on client services feedback.

**Client Services Requirements**:

- Minimum Graduate required.
- Certification in customer relations, customer services, or similar would be advantageous.
- 1 years of experience in client services, or a similar role.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.
- Advanced ability to provide assistance, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
- Willingness and the ability to travel to client locations, when required.
- Take ownership of task/project assigned
- Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field of client services.
- Excellent interpersonal and record keeping skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
