Primarily responsible for Icing department.
- Maintaining line of production/ Staff for Icing department.
- Responsible for R & D in Icing Department
- Responsible to maintain products’ hygiene and quality as per company’s set recipe all the time and teach preparations according to well defined recipes and follow ups.
- Monitor and control on excess of ingredients / raw materials while making of semi-finished or finished items for outlets or for caterings.
- Responsible to run SOP in kitchen as well as catering for control on wastages, staff timing schedules, their physical appearance, theft control, maintaining healthy environment inside the production area.
- Responsible for new creation of catering menu and food presentations with the new creative ideas as well as factory production and outlets’ kitchen also.
- Quality of raw material should be checked and no excess order shall be placed and even there should be no extra stacking of raw material.
- Responsible all new implements in any products which is concerned with improvement of quality and new innovations
- Responsible for food cost as per company recipe and control food cost if it goes on the higher side without reducing any ingredients from the recipe.
- Hiring and, Training of any kitchen staff of factory or outlets shall be under supervision.
- Coordinating the purchasing control is primary responsibility of corporate chef that is how he will control costing of Kitchen and control issue from store.
- New products according to market trends shall also be in trail and get it’s approval if it falls under costing & be able to reduce total number of ingredients. Monthly activity will be necessary for the same.
- Responsible to operate and smooth functioning of productions at the time excess load i.e. outdoor catering and production.
- Responsible for staff motivation and guidance time to time to make them to work as substitute of any other staff if required.
- Responsible for timely check of nearby expiry products and should use them by FIFO method.
- Monitoring and responsible for stock audit in kitchen whenever requires.
- Responsible to maintain time to time cleanness in kitchen as per set SOP of check list provided by the company.
- Product presentations shall be improved and innovative in order to keep costing in mind so product feel & good will be on higher side.
- Ensure all products are prepared in a consistent manner and meet departmental appearance/quality standards.
- Responsible for sufficient staffing level are scheduled to accommodate business demands.
- Collaborating with marketing professionals to create campaigns and promotional materials and build business relationships with food.
