We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Floor Supervisor at our Bhiwandi warehouse.

**Job Summary**: The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor, ensuring efficient workflow, timely processing of goods, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in warehouse management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Supervision**:

- Direct and monitor the activities of warehouse staff (loaders, pickers, packers, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.
- Allocate tasks and prioritize workload to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Ensure accurate and timely receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods and adherence to safety protocols.
- **Team Leadership & Management**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues and staff conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture within the warehouse.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Report and investigate any incidents or accidents promptly.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all outgoing shipments.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all warehouse operations.
- Minimize damages and errors through effective supervision and training.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of goods movement, inventory, and daily operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and any issues encountered.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for data entry and reporting.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role requires working in a warehouse environment, which may involve standing for long periods, lifting, and operating equipment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per operational requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
