**Job Role:

- **
- Objective should be control the quality and minimize the rejection ratio of solar module which will help to contribute to increase the productivity of an organization.
- Handling In-coming quality, In-Process quality, Final Quality of raw material as well as final product.
- Daily Line finding report (Non conformities of shop floor for product-process, machine & safety related)
- Daily Root Cause Analysis for Module defects, Rework/Rejection Report, Rework Analysis Report.
- Daily MIS Report for Pre-EL & Pre-VQC rejection data.
- Trial of new material like Cell, Flux, Ribbon, EVA, Back sheet etc.
- Testing of module at Flasher, EL & Hipot as per QAP.
- Completion of all PSI reports and collect the data like IV-Curve, EL image etc.
- Regular monitoring of PSI passing rate on different AQL and improve.
- Material Testing/Evaluation report, Material rejection report.
- Daily MIS Report for Pre-EL, Final EL & Final Visual inspection rejection data.
- Shift wise daily rejection report and Daily Module Review and report submitted to management.
- Review and verify all ISO documents like Daily BOM Verifications, IPQC Check sheet, Peel test report, SLD calibration report, TS Monitoring check sheet, Laminator Monitoring check sheet, Sun-simulator calibration report, Flasher Test report, Hi-port test report, Sealant Measurement report, JB Fixing and framing dimension report, Gel content test report, Adhesion test report (Glass to EVA & EVA to Back sheet),Shrinkage test report, Laminator temperature validation test report, LID test report, Mechanical Load test report etc.

**Experience**: Min 3 Years and Max. 6 Years

**Location**: Bhiwandi & Wada, Maharashtra.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,630.64 - ₹30,000.00 per month
