**Job Title**: Junior Packing Supervisor

**Location**: Bhiwandi

**Reports To**: Packing Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Junior Packing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising packing activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring manpower, and coordinating with production and dispatch teams. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and maintaining smooth workflow in the packing section.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily packing operations and allocate work to packing staff/helpers.
- Ensure proper handling, packing, and labeling of materials/products as per company standards.
- Monitor quality checks during the packing process to minimize damages or errors.
- Coordinate with the production team for timely availability of goods for packing.
- Maintain records of packed goods, materials used, and daily output.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company SOPs in the packing area.
- Train and guide packing staff to improve productivity and maintain discipline.
- Support in inventory management and coordinate with warehouse/dispatch for order delivery.
- Report daily packing status, manpower utilization, and issues to the supervisor/manager.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of packing processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to handle and supervise a small team of workers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of safety and compliance norms.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
- 1-3 years of experience in packing/production/warehouse supervision.
- Experience in [FMCG / Manufacturing / Interior / Logistics] industry preferred.

**Salary Range**: 13K - 18K

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
