**Job Summary**:
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the production floor in a têxtile manufacturing facility. This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently, quality standards are upheld, safety regulations are followed, and workforce productivity is optimized. The position also involves occasional travel for vendor coordination, raw material inspection, or off-site quality checks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and personnel on the factory floor.
- Ensure production schedules are met with optimal use of resources, minimizing downtime and waste.
- Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and quality control standards.
- Provide training and guidance to production workers, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Communicate production targets, deadlines, and changes to the team effectively.
- Maintain accurate daily production reports and submit them to management.
- Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly to avoid production delays.
- Raw material inspection and approval.
- Coordination with suppliers or subcontractors.
- Quality assurance checks on outsourced processes or goods.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in têxtile or garment manufacturing is preferred.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of têxtile production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
- Basic understanding of quality control methods and tools.
- Proficiency in maintaining reports and using basic MS Office tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve floor-level issues in real-time.
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on production or supply chain needs.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a factory environment.

**Travel Requirement**:

- Up to 15% travel for vendor visits, quality audits, or coordination with logistics/warehouse units.

Pay: ₹12,010.01 - ₹24,560.95 per month
