- Implement and maintain proper labeling and location identification within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate placement of goods to facilitate easy retrieval and inventory management.

v **Vehicle Unloading Planning**:

- Plan and coordinate timely unloading of vehicles to minimize downtime and optimize warehouse operations.
- Ensure efficient use of manpower and equipment during unloading processes.

v **Floor Upkeep**:

- Supervise regular maintenance of warehouse floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Implement procedures for handling spills and maintaining a hazard-free environment.

v **Listing Damaged Stock**:

- Identify and document damaged stock promptly upon receipt or during inventory checks.
- Maintain records and prepare reports detailing damaged items with supporting photos.

v **Communication for Damaged Stock**:
v **Timely GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)**:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for received goods.
- Verify received quantities against purchase orders and escalate discrepancies as necessary.

v **Escalations on Documentation Mismatches**:

- Monitor and address discrepancies in documentation related to received goods, escalating issues to relevant departments for resolution.

v **Follow-up on In-Transit Shipments**:

- Track and coordinate in-transit shipments from vendors and branches to ensure timely receipt and processing.
- Communicate with stakeholders to expedite deliveries and resolve delays.

v **Good Stock Keeping Practices**:

- Implement and enforce proper stock keeping practices to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize errors.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with stock management policies.

v **Cycle Counting**:

- Conduct daily and monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve counting processes.

v **Mail Communication**:
