**Key Responsibilities:1. Production Planning & Supervision**
- Oversee daily production operations on the shop floor.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Allocate resources and manpower efficiently to meet targets.

**2. Team Management**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters, machine operators, finishers, and helpers.
- Train new workers on production procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain discipline and ensure high levels of team productivity.

**3. Quality Control**
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production.
- Ensure that all finished furniture items meet design specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Report and resolve any production defects or deviations.

**4. Material Management**
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of materials.
- Maintain inventory records and production logs.

**5. Process Improvement**
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Ensure best practices in joinery, lamination, edge-banding, polishing, and assembly.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles where applicable.

**6. Coordination & Reporting**
- Liaise with the Design, Drafting, and Project Execution teams to understand product requirements.
- Provide daily and weekly production reports to the Production Manager.
- Support cutlist and material planning accuracy in coordination with the backend team.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Min:6 month in furniture manufacturing or modular furniture production, preferably in retail fixtures/showroom setups.
- **Education**: Diploma/ITI in Wood Technology, Furniture Design, or Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- **Skills**: Team handling, time management, problem-solving, working knowledge of tools and machinery (panel saws, edge banders, CNC, etc.), and basic computer skills.
- **Language**: Proficient in Hindi and basic English; Marathi is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,569.46 - ₹30,000.00 per month
