**Daily Tool Kit Meeting**: Plan daily tasks, address issues, execute plans, provide training, and ensure fulfilment.
- **Space Management**: Optimize storage, maintain safety, and ensure cleanliness.
- **OBD Execution**: Manage outbound deliveries before and after cut-off times.
- **Location Discipline**: Implement proper labelling and accurate stock placement.
- **Vehicle Unloading**: Plan timely unloading and optimize manpower with Rakesh.
- **Floor Upkeep**: Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and hazard control.
- **Damaged Stock Handling**: Identify, document, and report damages with photos.
- **Vendor Communication**: Notify vendors with detailed damage reports.
- **Performance Measurement**: Track team efficiency and provide performance data.
- **GRN Processing**: Ensure timely and accurate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- **Documentation Mismatch Resolution**: Escalate and resolve discrepancies.
- **Stock Keeping**: Maintain inventory accuracy with regular audits.
- **Cycle Counting**: Conduct routine counts and address variances.
- **Mail Communication**: Facilitate smooth internal and external coordination.
- **PSV Participation**: Plan and execute 100% stock counting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Team management: 3 years (preferred)
- Inventory management: 3 years (preferred)
- Analysis skills: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
