**We’re seeking an experienced Client Relationship Executive (CRE)(Female,) to monitor sales team to meet targets, and build strong customer relationships while driving business growth.**

**Telecaller Responsibilities**:

- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.

**Telecaller Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**: Oversee operations at multiple construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Client Interaction**: Handle client queries, maintain relationships, and ensure their requirements are met.
- **Accounts & Documentation**: Maintain financial records, site expenses, and coordinate with the accounts team.
- **Team Coordination**: Manage labor and contractor activities, ensuring timely work completion.
- **Reporting & Compliance**: Regularly update management on site progress, challenges, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving specific targets related to site progress, financials, and overall project completion.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate degree in any discipline (Engineering/Management background preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 3**+ years** of experience in construction and Interior site management or a similar role.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- **Travel**: Must be comfortable traveling across Patna frequently.
- **Work Hours**: Long working hours may be required as per project demands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
