Job Description:
**Inviting Application from Interior Designer Vertical Only**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, products, and services required for interior design projects.
- Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications, and proactively source materials that meet quality standards and design expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages and delays in project timelines.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product developments to inform purchasing decisions.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on key metrics such as quality, delivery reliability, and cost-effectiveness, and implement improvement strategies as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to coordinate delivery schedules, resolve supply chain issues, and support project execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior procurement staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in procurement and supply chain management, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff members.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
