- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
- Introduce the company’s real estate projects and explain property features, pricing, and location advantages.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and readiness to buy.
- Schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client responses, and follow-up schedules.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
