Role & responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects generated via campaigns, property portals, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, including budget, location, and property preferences.
- Schedule site visits for Relationship Associates and ensure coordination with the client.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding the companys services, available properties, and packages.
- Maintain complete lead details, interaction history, and follow-up notes in CRM/lead tracking tools.
- Share daily/weekly performance reports including call summaries, lead status, and visit schedules.
- Follow up with clients post-visit and update their feedback for the sales team.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth client experience
Preferred candidate profile
Graduation (any stream); real estate experience is a plus
02 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or pre-sales (real estate preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Regional language is a plus)
Comfortable working in a performance-driven, target-based environment
Basic proficiency in Excel and lead management tools
Positive attitude, high energy, and a customer-first approach
