**What you’ll be doing**

You will closely work with the CEO and other members of the executive team. You will be a key member of the team and play an instrumental role in driving the company's success. You will be expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be an individual contributor. Ultimately, you’ll help us drive growth.

**A brief list of your key contributions includes**:

- Working on experimenting with new businesses from scratch.
- It’s a Zero to One Business role. Right from creating a new business strategy to execution.
- Thinking from First Principles and experimenting with every thought to come up with the answer.
- Ready to do what it takes to find solutions to business problems and execute them.
- This role requires you to be Biased for action, have High ownership, and be Problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Analyse data (financial/operational/retail transaction), identify root causes of problems and draw actionable business insights.
- Partner with the Product, Marketing, Analytics, Insights, and Data Science teams to connect the right message to the right customer at the right time.
- Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key performance metrics; Analyse findings, present recommendations, and scale as necessary

**What you’ll bring to us**:

- Ready to work 24/7 with the Founders and CEO
- 2 years of startup experience.
- Engineering/MBA from a top-tier college.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at both senior
and junior levels.
- Project management skills to initiate and drive efforts to completion, working with
a large number of stakeholders across the company.
- Available to join Immediately (Ghatkopar Office)

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
