**About the role**

The Chief of staff role is a critical role at FactWise that works very closely with the founder to deliver value across multiple different functions, especially in sales & marketing as well as finance.

**Responsibilities**

1. Strategize and analyze data to make informed decisions about to go to market strategies 2. Assist in day-to-day activities of the business, specifically, tasks required to build systems and processes within an early-stage startup
3. Identify and follow up with current and future clients in order to ensure successful delivery
5. Assist in market research and product research to help product teams and execution team on better product development.

**EXP** - 1-3 yrs.

**Requirements**:
Must-haves:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with productivity tools like Microsoft Office
- Market Research & Analysis
- Financial modelling
- Ability to problem solve rapidly
- Strong communication, adaptability and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
