Ananya has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Olin College of Engineering in Materials Sciences and Design Thinking.

**Role**: Chief of Staff

**Experience**: 2 -3 Yrs.

**Reporting**: Founder / CEO

**Office **Location: Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai 400051.

Role Coverage: The Chief of Staff will be responsible for

(i) organizing and executing new, strategic initiatives

(ii) communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and

(iii) leading cross-functional business strategy and processes. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, and will play an integral part in the day-to-day operations of the company

**Your responsibilities**

a) Work closely with CEO & Leadership to plan and execute strategic initiatives across the organization.

b) Prepare presentations for Investors & Key stakeholders.

c) Identify process and personnel gaps, and resolve them via implementation of new tools, approaches and hiring.

d) Benchmark and implement best in class practices with data driven approach.e) Data-driven market analysis to inform New Product Development and Marketing Initiatives

f) Lead cross-functional planning exercises and initiative.

g) Process for internal best performance and culture

h) Develop decks for investors and key external stakeholders.

- Ctc 8 - 12 lacs
- 2 - 4 Years Experience as Chief of Staff
- Experience from **D2C **or **New Age Brands or E-commerce startups (in FMCG / Nutraceutical industry)**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills and work exp with CEOs or leadership team
- Any Graduate - Full Time
- Ikaria is 5 days working
