**Responsibilities**:

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the global e-commerce market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support business growth and expansion.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize AI tools and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and drive strategic decision-making.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, supporting their professional development and growth within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, with a passion for driving change and innovation.
