This role requires a high-caliber professional capable of influencing, planning, and executing strategic priorities across multiple businesses. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CEO, ensuring alignment across business priorities. Support planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and group-level projects. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Exo Talent, Link Cx O, and Leaders Edge. Prepare insights, analyses, and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and identifying growth opportunities. Manage special projects, board communications, and investor relations support as needed. Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and cross-company initiatives.
