Role Overview:

The Chief of Staff will report directly to the Founder & CEO and act as a strategic partner, driving key initiatives, cross-functional projects, and operational excellence across the group. This role requires a high-caliber professional capable of influencing, planning, and executing strategic priorities across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CEO, ensuring alignment across business priorities.
  • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and group-level projects.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across ExoTalent, LinkCxO, and LeadersEdge.
  • Prepare insights, analyses, and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Manage special projects, board communications, and investor relations support as needed.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and cross-company initiatives.
  • Assist in talent management and organizational development programs.
