Chief of Staff
to join our team.

This is a critical, highly visible role that requires blending
strategic advisory
with exceptional
operational execution
. The successful candidate will act as a force multiplier, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and managing the effective flow of information within the firm to maximize the productivity of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Partner directly with the Fund Manager to define, prioritize, and drive the firm's strategic business objectives, ensuring alignment with the investment mandate and growth goals.
  • Translate strategic decisions into concrete action plans and monitor execution across various departments (Research, Compliance, Investor Relations).

Executive Support & Gatekeeping:

  • Act as a gatekeeper for the Fund Manager's time, optimizing their schedule to focus on high-impact activities (e.g., investment committee meetings, key investor engagements, portfolio company oversight).
  • Manage and prepare materials for executive meetings, ensuring clear agendas, actionable follow-ups, and timely distribution of synthesized information.

Operational Excellence:

  • Identify operational inefficiencies across the fund's processes and implement best practices and systems to enhance organizational productivity and effectiveness.
  • Oversee high-priority projects (e.g., technology adoption, internal process audits, new regulatory compliance initiatives) from conception to successful completion.

Communication & Alignment:

  • Facilitate efficient and effective communication flow across functional teams (Research, Operations, Legal/Compliance) and act as a critical liaison between the executive team and the rest of the organization.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on key decisions and strategic shifts.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    A minimum of
    3 years of experience
    in a high-intensity environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or a Chief of Staff role within a financial services firm or high-growth startup.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Financial Literacy:
    Strong foundational knowledge of investment management, financial modeling, and fund operations is highly advantageous.
