We are hiring a Chief of Staff to CEO to work with a leading advertising agency in Mumbai

What You'll Do

Shape Strategy: Transform the CEO's vision into targeted goals and organizational priorities, track execution, and analyze market and competition trends.

Be the MD's Trusted Partner: Prepare for board, investor, and leadership interactions, provide research-backed recommendations, and act as chief sounding board on critical decisions.

Drive Operational Excellence: Set up dashboards, champion review mechanisms, and keep the momentum on KPIs and key projects.

Master Cross-Functional Coordination: Align leadership and execution teams, bust bottlenecks, and drive business results.

Lead Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the CEO's office in key meetings, ensure flawless communication, and manage high-impact presentation, calendaring, and follow-up.
