
Talent Acquisition Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source talent through job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn, career fairs, and industry events.
- **Screening and Interviewing**:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and defining position requirements.
- **Onboarding Process**:
- Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are processed in a timely manner.
- **Recruitment Reporting and Metrics**:
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide regular reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager or HR Director.
- Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Experience with sourcing and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- **Desirable Traits**:
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment practices (if applicable).
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance guidelines related to recruitment and hiring.
