We have an opportunity 1 architect and 3 Developer to deliver this project as well as 1 performance tester.

Location - Singapore, Onsite.

Jira Service Desk Architect Experience 6+ Years:
1. JSM Certified

2. ITIL certified

3. Must have knowledge on setup Jira datacenter on prem instance.

4. Must have good knowledge in Jira Service Management configuration, customization and setup 2 FA for authentication.

5. Integration knowledge using RestApi is must

6. SLAs design and configuration experience is must

7. Hands-on experience and SME managing Atlassian products in complex environments

8. Strong JQL skills

9. Experience with enterprise-level help desk process and procedures

10. Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills

11. Monitoring and troubleshooting skills as a plus

Jira Service Desk Implementation 4+ years

1. JSM Certified

2. ITIL certified
