**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Market Development & Sales**
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell home têxtile products (bedsheets, curtains, towels, etc.).
- Expand distribution channels and onboard new retailers/distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely order booking and delivery follow-ups.

**2. Field Operations**
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product placement, display standards, and brand visibility.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Support in executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and trade shows.

**3. Vendor & Dealer Relationship Management**
- Build strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Handle dealer queries, provide product training, and ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate schemes, discounts, and promotional offers as per company policy.

**4. Customer Feedback & Service**
- Gather customer feedback to improve product and service quality.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team for timely delivery and issue resolution.

**5. Reporting & Documentation**
- Submit daily field activity reports, sales data, and competitor analysis.
- Maintain accurate dealer and customer records for tracking performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing, Textile Technology**, or related field.
- 1-3 years of field sales experience in **home têxtiles / FMCG / consumer goods**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude.
- Knowledge of home têxtile products and retail distribution channels.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is a plus.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different markets and handle field challenges.
- Team player with excellent problem-solving skills.

**Compensation: 12000 -25000**

**Benefits: Travel allowance, sales incentive.**

**Probation period: 3 months**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
