- We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us source, screen, and hire top talent across functions. This is a remote opportunity suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building great teams._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing. screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding)._
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field._
- 15 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in [industry]._
- Proficient in using ATS, Linkedin Recruiter, and other sourcing tools._
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills._
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup._
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills._
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- Experience hiring across tech and non-tech roles._
- Exposure to international hiring (if applicable)._
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices._
