We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand& voice and objectives.

Your responsibilities will include developing written materials, producing multimedia content, and optimizing content for various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent delivery of compelling content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, original, and compelling content, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, social media posts, info-graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with the company marketing goals, target audience, and brand positioning.

SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, ensuring increased visibility and organic traffic.

Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, regularly posting engaging content and responding to comments and messages.

Content Calendar: Develop and maintain an editorial content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely content publishing schedule.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to recommend innovative and effective content ideas.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on content engagement and audience behavior.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content that aligns with the brand's visual identity and messaging.

Content Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical guidelines, copyright laws, and company policies.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
