
Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**
- **Sales**
- Thorough knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming construction projects for securing new business across assigned territories or accounts
- Excellent understanding of customers’ requirements and providing appropriate solutions to secure business.
- Excellent understanding of customer’s buying process including hierarchy and decision-making authorities
- Building relationships: Work to build long-term, strategic partnerships with the clients. Develop trust and understand the customer’s needs
- Contact potential customers to showcase company products and services, make cold calls to prospective clients to initiate sales opportunities
- Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals
- **Order Execution and After-Sales Support**
- Coordinate with warehouse manager, production manager and SBU head to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Resolve any customer inquiries relating to order execution in a timely and professional manner (including coordination with construction site managers)
- Visit customer sites, as required, to ensure proper use of the product and to maintain healthy relationships
- _Follow-up with customers and ensure timely payment collection (most critical)_
- **General Business Requirements**
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences and networking events
- Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement
- Keeping track of competitor / M=market intelligence
- Maintain accurate customer database and organized record of meeting notes for all customer site visits
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
