Roles & Responsibilities:
Develops design concept for each client and vets the same with the Art Supervisor/ CD.

Responsible for basic layout design or presentation approach, and specifies material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video and sound.

Works with creative team to develop design solutions and final layouts to clients for approval.

Uses appropriate design software.

Confers with creative, art, copy-writing, or production department heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts, and to coordinate work.

Attends photo shoots and printing sessions to ensure that the products needed are obtained.

Understand criteria and budgets for the resources which need to be used.

Stays abreast of design trends, techniques and vendor product capabilities.

**Key processes for the role**:
Ensure that the background research on the industry and the client is completed before the commencement of the Creative role.

Be part of daily standup meeting, provide proper updates and ensure that the work committed is delivered as per timelines.

Work in close sync with your teammates in Design/ Copy/ Client Services, take time for ideation/ review if required, ensuring an ongoing connect with team for the assignment.

Provide proper contributions for the assigned tasks and ensure timely updates on completion/ delays to Manager/ Traffic Controller.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
