We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic **Commi (Bakery)** to join our bakery team in Bangalore. As a Commi, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of a wide range of bakery items, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in every product. If you're passionate about baking, eager to learn, and have a keen eye for detail, we want you to be part of our talented team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Baking & Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery items, following established recipes and standards.
- **Maintain Quality**: Ensure the consistent quality of bakery products by adhering to recipes, portion control, and baking techniques.
- **Inventory Management**: Help in managing the stock of bakery ingredients and supplies. Assist with inventory checks and ensure the proper storage of ingredients.
- **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with senior bakers and other kitchen staff to meet daily baking production schedules.
- **Customer Service**: Assist in the preparation of custom orders for customers, ensuring quality and presentation.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen environment.
- **Baking Skills**: Basic knowledge of baking techniques and recipes for cakes, pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely to ensure product consistency and quality.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to work in a team and take direction from senior bakers.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work efficiently and manage time to meet production schedules.
