
International Sales Executive

Plexema Solution Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven **International Sales Executive** to manage and grow sales of Plexus Priming IT trading & Security Installation FZCO for IT and security products across the Gulf countries and Africa. This is an **onsite position based in India**, focused on promoting and selling a diverse range of IT hardware and security solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Use WhatsApp for regular lead engagement and sales communication.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored product solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and end customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Skills of international B2B sales experience, ideally with IT hardware and security products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Gulf and Africa markets is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from office premises.
