Communicating with senior-level business executives around the globe and selling the opportunity to attend one of our conferences.

Working timings will be from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Mon-Fri (only) to accommodate for international time zones.

Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of business from an inbound lead system and prospective clients

Provide effective lead management and marketing efforts for sales generation to achieve sales targets

Drive and manage sales in the industry through engaging and developing relationships with clients

Penetrate and understand individual customer needs and create more opportunities to cross-sell

Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company through existing database and market research

Offer end-to-end client relationship management and customer service for increased business

Market research and development of an existing database for eventual lead generation

Understand the client's industry and map potential sub-sectors to create new business opportunities

Developing new ideas and working with your team to integrate and share best practices

Provide the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives

To update the CRM with daily lead statuses and maintain and manage a clean database

Producing reports for senior managers and maintaining activity and disposition reports

Managing time effectively and liaising with managers to engage in weekly feedback meetings

Adhere to proper business work ethics and be able to work independently and in a timely manner according to a range of international business hours.

**Salary**: ₹445,000.00 - ₹775,000.00 per year

Qualification:

- Any Graduate

**Experience**:

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
