**Job Summary**:
The International Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in international markets by generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding regional market dynamics, and working closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s global presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate and qualify leads, and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Execution**:
- Present and promote company products and services to international clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with the International Sales Manager.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct research on international market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market analysis and client feedback.
- **Sales Reporting & Tracking**:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
- **Collaboration & Support**:
- Work closely with the International Sales Manager and other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure alignment and support for international sales initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to international markets.
- **Cultural Adaptation**:
- Adapt sales approaches to fit the cultural and business practices of different regions.

**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in international business are a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with a focus on international markets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of international sales processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and resilience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
